What a delightful evening the team at Op Oost gave us. The warm and lovely staff who do everything to make your evening absolutely brilliant. With surprising flavours, textures and brilliant confusion (a vegan foie gras..., a seawater foam that dissolves before you can touch it..) The wonderful wines as the perfect finishing touch to the flavours. Sublime! We almost wish this could remain an undiscovered gem: continuing to surprise in its wonderfully atmospheric cosiness and exceptionally pleasant staff with excellent taste sensations.
