Discover the pure flavours of Texel through a unique collaboration between the Dutch Cuisine restaurants: het Kook Atelier op Oost, Gusta, 't Oudeland and Bij Jef. We invite you on a multi-day journey of discovery through Dutch cuisine, inspired by the island and the seasons.

  • Welcome aperitif with Dutch Cuisine 'bitter bites'
  • You'll stay two nights with us op Oost with breakfast, where you'll enjoy our Inspired by Nature Menu
  • On the other evening, you'll dine at one of our esteemed colleagues, subject to their opening times
  • The indicative price includes taxi, bitter bites and the menu op Oost.  Excluding the costs for the complete dinner at our colleagues and drinks during dinner op Oost. You'll settle the dinner costs with our colleague directly on site.
