For the second time in the Gault & Millau guide and for the first time at the awards ceremony. Despite our restaurant being closed, we were delighted to hear such wonderful words.
Gault & Millau: "Major renovation work is currently underway and they're cooking in a pop-up in Den Burg, à la carte only. So we're all looking forward to early summer 2023 when everything will be ready. It will undoubtedly be even more sustainable and local than we're already accustomed to from them, with virtually only ingredients sourced from and around the Wadden Sea, their 'back garden' as they call it, and the sea. The cuisine they delivered was already promising and the Signature menu consistently exciting and truly something to look forward to, which is why we have complete confidence that this will continue to be the case. Or even better, who knows? We can hardly wait."
